Wow, what a view! Lovely homely cottage, well equipped and cosy with an excellent log/coal burner. Great location for the beach with varying levels of access down. We and the dogs loved it an will most definitely be back.

It's all about the location! Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you love great views. Cottage has everything you need, is comfortable and warm. The path down to the beach and the terraced garden areas are brilliant. Super place.

Just returned from this property, fantastic view from windows, tidy, functional. There was a few issues, food left from previous occupants, bedroom draws dusty and hair inside, tea staind on top of draws, tiles in bathroom could do with a clean , few cobwebs here and there, could do with a deep clean

Incredible views. Overall this is not luxury, it's really quite basic in terms of quality, but it had everything we needed. Beware that the position means steep climbing to either beach - you'd need a tiny bit of fitness and balance and coordination to walk to the beach or village down the track - but if you can do it, it's incredible (you could always drive to Sennen though). I'd say the northern beach is better (they're both stunning), much quieter, allows dogs, and you can get there from a track at the end of Sunny Corner Lane which is a bit quicker/easier if you're taking loads of stuff. The coast walk to Lands End is well worth it (1.5 hours). Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely go again.
